2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

• Your return request is made within 14 days of delivery

• Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• All tags and packaging are intact

• You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)

Non-returnable items include:

• Sale or clearance items

• Gift cards

• Items marked “final sale”

• Worn or damaged clothing

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at info@boujeedreclothing.click with your order number and reason for return

2. Our team will provide the return instructions and address

3. Pack the item securely and send it using a trackable shipping method

Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the preferred item. We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
